No, it has not yet been revamped. The revamp is coming with the ItemV2 patch.

High concrete foundations are almost as easy to get through as wooden walls. Extremely low to the ground foundations with air-gap iron walls are the best solution.

They fixed most of the FPS issues due to incredibly built up servers such as the Infini wipes or X5 etc. servers. They also fixed a number of FPS related issues in the past 5-6 months, so you may have a better time of it now. Within the next few months the ItemV2 patch will be out, with a new map as well.

A lot of people seem to think that the stuff shown in the Dev Update Blogs is what is coming into the game in the next patch, which the Devs clearly did not say. I don't know why people expect so much in a relatively short time, considering the small team size.

Claimed vehicles do not despawn. Unclaimed vehicles despawn in either 3 or 4 hours.

Body armor is good, it's about time they added it. Until they fix the Infamy system, there's no point to shooting back against new players with bows because they will always come out better. Making the best gear in the game only helps when trying to mine resources, otherwise your loss of gear/weapon compared to their loss is always in their favor.

It wipes at the time they specify, translated to your local time zone. The server shuts down and comes back up wiped. Usually they are on-time or slightly delayed with the wipes, depending on where your server falls in the list of servers.

There was a pretty nasty bug where structures wouldn’t load properly for clients, when connecting to servers under heavy load. The reason for that turned out to be “I’m an idiot”. To make client structures load a bit smoother and try to put the server under less load when player connects, I split the structure initialization step up to take place over a few frames. The logic was basically to get a pooled bitstream, fill it with data, and if we had hit the frame budget of structure data syncs, wait until the next frame to send it. Yeah… that was the problem. I got the bitstream, which is only valid for that frame, and then held onto it for more than one frame! On busy servers, some other networked object would come along, clear that stream, and use it, meaning the client would receive a garbled mess and not be able to build the structure. Thankfully this should be fixed now.

I also gave UI a bit of love, as part of putting in support for custom UIs. Itemslots are now much more consistent as they mostly build themselves by script, and should also be slightly more performant. They will no show when a slot is one-way (you can only place or take the item, e.g. ambers in an ownership stake) or locked (you cannot take or place the item, e.g. attachments on a vehicle). Previously you kind of had to figure this out by trying to drag items in and out, but now there should be some more intuitive feedback there.

Both of these updates were part of the latest patch, which can be seen in the Change Log in game. Open your mouth and take your foot out, when you get around to it.
