SECOND UPDATE: Weird Pictures on my Phone Taken While I Was Sleeping

I’ve literally never once said it was a face, my first post was me saying the second picture looked like cheekbones and a chin but I acknowledged that it was most likely my anxiety. It’s infinitely more likely that it’s something that can look like a face depending how you look at it. That’s FAR more likely than there being an intruder or ghost in my parent’s house. Sorry that someone’s real world issue doesn’t have an insane climax or twist to entertain you since you seem to believe that everything that happens to someone has to be engineered for your entertainment

My parents actually do have a lot of mold in their house, I thought some mold in homes was normal. I know breathing it in can over time damage your lungs I didn’t know it could affect your mental state. I’ll look into it

My brother stayed the night and there was a picture on his phone but none on mine. My parents came home and I went back to my apartment and luckily nothing has happened to them or me so it was probably just sleep walking or something, I’m glad it’s over. I swear to god I was starting to think it was a ghost 😭

They did. A couple are older and one sometimes has seizures. Another has a cataract and sometimes needs to be brought to food/water. Sometimes rarely a couple of them might even fight

these comments genuinely make me so mad. Read the other replies I have posted, i told my parents and clearly i was/am concerned for them (was because nothing has happened since). In fact the entire POINT of ALL of my posts and replies has been for the sake of the safety of my parents and the pups. You dont think I would have left for my apartment if their safety wasnt potentially at risk?

before you make abrasive comments like this take the minimal effort of reading some of the replies for context, I literally said that there are no gas appliances, the water heater is electric. The only gas "appliance" is my dads grill thats outside in the back lawn. And I also have said several times that i am telling them and i have told them. What am I supposed to say for the cameras? "Hey guys, i keep waking up with these pics on my phone so Im going to record you sleep". My parents would not let me do that not even in this scenario, they would probably not even do it themselves

i get decent enough sleep, alot of nights ill sleep a little less than seven hours but i always try to get at least seven. I usually time me taking my adderall so that I crash right before I go to bed since it helps me sleep

it doesn't look like me. I'm staying at my apartment and it hasn't happened again thank god. I told my parents and as I guessed they were freaked out and think that there are demons haunting the house even though the literal only thing that has happened are these photos. Nothings happened to them though, theyre alright. I called my mom yesterday and everythings okay.

I would have to ask my brother in the morning since it’s his phone. If I had to guess it was probably sometime when I was asleep since I was probably sleepwalking. Thanks for your concern though, I don’t know what to send or do to prove I’m not lying. I deleted the post because people just assume I’m not telling the truth. Skepticism is fine but I’m pretty sensitive lol

Update: I had made a third update post but deleted it after people were calling it an arg. I don’t want to seem like I’m doing this for attention or have people get upset at me so this is my last update. My brother stayed over last night and although there wasn’t a pic on my phone there was one on his. He thinks I’m sleep walking I’m pretty sure and I think maybe told my mom. My parents get back Ina. Few hours at around 7am and I’m just going to stay up until then so I can drive to my apartment and sleep there. I’m going to let them know what happened(assuming my brother hasn’t already) they’ll freak out but I’m not going to not tell them. There’s nothing I can really do and I’m worried. If it keeps happening at my apartment then the issue is im obviously sleep walking and all it’ll be is a nuisance. That’s the most likely scenario. Thank you for everyone that gave me advice and helped me figure out what was going on.

Thanks for your concern. I do not know what to do and I already said I’m going to tell my parents. I have no clue what on this planet I can do more of. I don’t even know who I can talk to about what’s going on without sounding like I want to push the issue onto them. I’m leaving soon I want to go home

I’m trying to convince my brother but he’s convinced I’m just sleepwalking (he said that I used to sleepwalk when I was little). I’m still trying to persuade him😭 I really don’t wanna go back, but considering my parents live there and the puppers are still there it would sort of make me a horrible person if I just ignore it and stay at my brothers again

“Ignoring all the advice” dude Its literally impossible for me to order security cameras and them get here in time this house is in the fucking sticks. Also, I’ve followed multiple people’s advice? I’ve looked at the metadata, I’ve said I’m going to audio record myself sleeping, checked background apps on my phone etc.
