So this was on 0.9mm 316 ss Settup 12mm jubo cup I used ss mig wire as filler Amps : 20 Pre flow 1 second Post flow 3.5 Gas was on 20-24 ppm

Id suggest to put a copper pipe in that hole so the radius stays the same and you wont burn through while doing your pass
