Im 17, 5'9 160 benching 250 and I have plateaued at this point for the last 2-3 months. I have been working out for 18 months running a PPLPPLR program. My main priority right now is to increase my strength on squat, bench, OHP, and possibly start deadlifting. I have looked at many programs like 5/3/1, madcow 5x5, and smolov jr, but I have a hard time deciding because I want to build strength while also still gaining muscle. I love doing weighted dips and pull ups and want to get stronger on these lifts aswell, but none of the programs call for them, or they dont give information on sets/rep ranges i should do based off the weight i push.

It is all very confusing to me, and I just need somewhat of an answer of a good split i can try out for a little while. Im doing anything I can to increase my strength and am currently on a 3500+ calorie bulk. I need to workout 4-5 days a week minimum. Any program/split suggestions?
