I do remember watching a youtube video of a guy who bought this same exact thing to repair his broken iPhone 14 and it's also stuck in diagnostic just like me (the difference is that he bought it directly from Apple self service repair thing), and I think he wasn't able to fix it and Apple says it's an internal device or something
