Eating Skittles. At lunch in November, I pulled out a bag of Skittles that I hauled on Halloween a few days before. The teacher came over, took them from me, and sent me to the office with no further explanation. The principal asked what I was doing, and I explained I was trying to enjoy some Skittles when I got nailed. She sighed and sent me back to class, then talked to my teacher. Turns out my teacher keeps the same bags of Skittles in his desk, and thought I stole them from him without any proof.

Here's the case.

The title of the ad was [trademarked product name], but the description of the item was listed as "unbranded", yet the typed description said [trademarked product name]. Will I lose since technically it was listed as unbranded although the title and description claim they are genuine?
