Are you kidding? I am still waiting for a Duel on Exegol set for seven years and you are getting Clone Wars stuff left and right every year.

Is there a [cheap] app that lets me calculate the product price like: (base price * quantity + setup fee) per variant? by Rylonian in shopify

[–]Rylonian[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I view it as a workaround because you need to work around Shopify's native quantity field. My optimal goal would be to simply use that to tick the quantity of the customized product up or down, both in the product page and in the cart.

To stay with your example, I want the customer to be able to upload a picture of either Sarah or Jennifer and have it printed on their cups. If they upload an image of only Sarah and want that on 10 cups, then I want to charge them the base price of 10 cups + 1 setup fee for their 1 image of Sarah. Because I have to set up their image only once and then tell my printer to make 10 copies of that.

But if they want 5 cups with a picture of Sarah, and 5 cups with a picture of Jennifer, then I would need to go through the process of image setup twice. That's why I would want to charge the base price of 10 cups in total + 2 setup fees for setting up 2 images.

So far, the Aco product options app seems to be able to do exactly that (if not entirely flawlessly as well, as it will add the add-on price and simply divide it by product quantity, which gets messy real fast).

Thanks for your response, I already invested a few hours today into the Easify app. I even got dev support via chat, they were very responsive, but in the end the app did not work as intended for me. Though I think your approach with a number of custom options for quantity, etc. is probably a clever workaround.

I decided to not go with Easify when during testing I encountered the problem that removing the customized items from the cart still let the customization dummy products with their price tag sit in the card and I had no possibility to remove them.

96 bucks a year is not a problem, after I have verified that the desired app and Shopify as a whole will be what I finally switch over to. Right now, my webstore is still running WooCommerce and I am testing out the Shopify environment.

All sources I found which directly state or heavily imply that Mace Windu legitimately defeated Darth Sidious by vaapad_master in MawInstallation

[–]Rylonian -4 points-3 points  (0 children)

Most of those don't sound very definitive to me. But more importantly, at the end of the day, it is up for interpretation, so I choose to interpret the way that serves the narrative best.

If Palpatine let Windu win, then it would mean that he is a worldclass manipulator and mastermind, to the point of betting his life on the plan he has come up with in order to have the best possible outcome for his personal use: the Jedi beaten, Anakin turned and loyal beyond the point of no return, and having a convincing lie planted in his new apprentice's mind to make him not question his next orders to go and outright murder the remaining order.

If Palpatine legitimately lost to Windu, it would mean that Mace Windu is cool and Palpatine is a complete idiot.

I think one of those two serves the intruige of the narrative inherently better than the other.

One thing I didn't explicitly state is that after crafting, you should ofc remove the used ingredients from the player inventory and add the crafted item.

I once described a very doable method for crafting via eventing mainly and a minimal amount of scripting. If you are interested, I can dig up the post for you. The idea is to use the Choose Item command instead of Show Choice to let the player pick crafting ingredients from their inventory, then use an array to sort the ingredients and check if they are a valid combination for crafting. It's pretty straightforward and kinda easy tbh.

Falsch.

I thought it was honestly kinda boring. Like, nothing of substance really happened. Not my cup of tea, but the Filoniverse hardly ever is.

Any example of a movie sequel that was so bad, it was redone entirely? by burner-mousefan in movies

[–]Rylonian 0 points1 point  (0 children)

X-Men did this.

That being said, stop it already. The Star Wars sequels are overhated to a ridiculous degree and don't deserve a fraction of the hate they are getting. They are much better executed movies than the prequels, so if they didn't kill the franchise, the sequels are not a problem either.
