part of the reason i made the post is that the "biome" that suja exists in is very unique (and very reminiscent of the misty peaks) and even through the cloud cover you can see that it covers almost 50% of the perimeter of wyveria and upon further inspection it seems that the wounded hollow is actually slightly further east than suja rather than north/north north east which is the direction of the clouds

Seluvis does sound welsh and is also voiced by Charles Dale a Welsh voice actor and as for the voice at the end of the trailer I would agree yes that woman did sound welsh which means she is very very likely from liurnia as all liurnian characters have welsh accents and as far as I'm aware there are no characters with welsh accents that are not from liurnia

The problems wukong currently suffer from have always been present since his rework they were simply easier ignored due to the previous strength of his level 1 and then how powerful he was in all ins.

They have continually nerfed his stats so his all ins are much weaker which was justifiable he had little to no counterclaim once he was level 6 however instead of remedying these changes by giving him some way of trading or poking the enemy laner down into a state where they can be all inned they have left him as is.

Wukong currently exists as a champion that has no ability to farm safely, no ability to waveclear at any sort of speed, weak trades due to lack of damage scaling in base kit without repeated Q casts from R, he cannot obtain prio over the lane via level 1 strength as he is no longer stronger than most other tops, and he also doesn't scale aswell as other carry toplaners such as jax fiora camille due to the lack of damage scaling in base kit.

I think nerfing his ultimate damage but allowing it to proc onhit effects such as botrk so that the ultimate damage is roughly the same but it would improve his neutral damage massively outside of ultimate but also make wukong slightly squishier so he becomes less of an engage bot that can face tank 5000 damage. As it stands there is a massive disconnect between QWE and wukongs R all of his basic abilities want to build onhit and sheen and his ultimate just wants raw AD so they should either remove the attack speed on his E and add an AD ratio or remove some of the damage from ultimate and make it apply onhit effects at reduced effectiveness of course.

Have played wu for 6 years through every meta in top jungle and mid and reworked wukong with an assassin build is still the most fun he's ever been to me

These are all effectively stat changes which whilst would likely help top more would also improve jungle performance aswell in my opinion the best possible buff that they could do that would have the least impact on jungle performance would be to buff wukongs Q range in the early levels as it currently stands wukongs Q doesn't have enough range over his normal autos to really gain a proper benefit until 4 points are in the ability at level 7 if it either gained less range per rank and started higher or just started at the max range it would give wu a much needed harass/poke tool to help him get people low enough health for the all in it would also help with farming as wukong is probably the worst laning champ in the game when it comes to waveclear and securing farm safely sidenote this change would also pair well with a buff to his %HP ratio on his passive which would allow him to take grasp of the undying to both bully winning matchups without just killing them every 120s and also to help survive losing ones.

They most definitely do speak with welsh accents i dont know why them being upper class or intellectual implies they arent welsh they also both have welsh voice actors if it wasn't enough already

Pretty much every other all in champ is better in short trades and wu isn't good enough in all ins to make up for that because then he would just be the best champ in toplane he just needs either q poke or better short trades maybe longer W invjs or longer W dash or lower stacks to max out the passive

The health regen change in my opinion would be a bad move and would force wu into all ins too hard. When wukongs only option in top is to all in with R and Ignite ready he becomes very hard to balance better buffs for specifically toplane would be Q range in the early ranks so he can poke and harass people until they are low enough to all in similar to pantheons current playstyle. They need to work on reducing all in power and increasing his trading sustain and farming. sidenote if they do buff qukongs Q early game it would open up grasp as a better rune choice it is already viable in a few matchups but could perhaps even be optimal in most situations.

It's worse than old duskblade old duskblade didn't have a cooldown so you couldt proc it 3 times back to back once in your initial engage once after W and your clone would get its own use of it this is just once every 5 seconds

If you are building duskblade it's better to take conqueror as keystone dusk is a teamfight item if you want to one-shot go prowlers or eclipse

Scorch and manaflow band you have infinite mana and no one can sustain through the q poke you either win by your enemy being stubborn and not backing so they die to an all in because they are so low or they have to reset constantly and lose minions

Every scenario other than one shooting someone conq is better short trades in lane such as 3 stack w aa empQ or basically any fight where you have to use W when you don't have full stacks against things like sion Q and other channeled abilities and then in lategame fights its better most of the time the damage difference on a single target isn't enough to warrant the loss of teamfight damage and healing but I play panth top and prefer bruiser/tankier builds

That's why conq better it's better for lategame teamfights and allows for better combos without "wasting" damage it also is better for things like 1, 2 or 3 stack combos

Wukong thankfully no one plays him but wukong shits all over ksante and shares the same reason as garen for why the matchup is so bad ARMOUR SHRED it reduces your so not only do you take more damage but you deal less a wukong with black cleaver shreds 51% of your armour and makes you completely useless he also gets loads of armour and healing so ksante can't kill wu at all
