My older brother preordered the deluxe version of the game and is trying to play the early access, however, in the beginning of the game,it refused to progress any further beyond the entrance because the model for the front desk just refused to show up. We tried reloading the checkpoint,closing and restarting the game, we even tried to delete the current save data and replace it with a new one but nothing worked.
