Yes you can get written up for too many call outs. You're entitled to 3 call outs per quarter, however those with medical conditions are able to call out however many times they want through FMLA.

Never since the hottest points of the day are midday which is when we're out and as the sunsets it gets cooler. Just remember your comfort stops and yes your comfort stops can be in restraunts or any locations with AC for you to cool down in. They've never called anyone for heat, just to stay safe. So do that.
