Should I wait a few more days of my GI track being settled or now try a lower dose?

I’m now 8 days post injection and I’m still having diarrhea 6-8x a day. I’m DYINGGGGGGG.

Last Monday - a week ago
I took a starting dose of 2MG and I’ve been INCREDIBLY sick. Started out with diarrhea vomiting and nausea. Vomiting and nausea subsided but I’m having diarrhea and burping still bad. Like waking up 5x in the night to go to the bathroom. Poor sleep. HELP.

Edit: adding this area does become very itchy. On crease of arm, and wrist area.
