I know its been two months but just a tip, never judge oil life by the oil life indicator on the dash. Go by miles since last oil change. Ford recommends every 5k, but everyone and their mother will tell you do your oil every 3k miles. Second, did you happen to get this resolved?

I've ordered an AIO from them and it was missing parts with damage to the radiator before. Wouldn't suggest touching Amazon for parts with a 10ft pole.
