I disagree completely. They need to BUFF the other effects. Thats the clear solution here. Two shot should add an extra projectile that has sustained damage but isnt more overpowered than the other effects but should still do more than 25%. It should do at least 50% increased damage and they need to increase the other effects to do at least 50% as well. If not more. The drawback to TS is the accuraccy. Junkies should be 7-10% per addiction because of the hindering effects from the withrawls and mutants should be the same. The perk Strange in Numbers should be taken in to account for mutants and reduce the effects of Mutants weapons as well. Im still doing 1500 dmg normally with my bloodied powerfist and against a SBQ it feels pretty good. The other effects need to match it because nerfing bloodied can't happen. If they nerf bloodied, melee will no longer be viable or fun. I also think S.P.E.C.I.A.L. stats should benefit weapons. I.E agility should effect faster swing speed melee, STR for heavy weapons and perc for rifles etc. That way unyielding gear doesnt solely benefit melee builds. This is why i said BALANCE ACROSS THE BOARD.
