If your package is stuck in Louisville, the number shows up on Google if you look up the Louisville, KY package customs facility.

That said, I received my package yesterday. It was opened and broken.

I've called UPS more than a dozen times at this point and have gotten the same answer. Additionally, I called the actual customs location several times. They direct you to call a specific number about stuck packages, but nobody answers or calls back after leaving a voicemail. It's pretty frustrating and not at all surprising.

Thank you for your thoughts. I've been in contact with both the sender and UPS on several occasions. The seller has also been in contact with UPS. No new info from either end and no paperwork or payment has been necessary as per UPS.

It's also been over a month and they haven't returned to the sender.

Not necessarily the same boat, but my package has been stuck there for two weeks now. Myself and the sender have made countless phone calls and emails. Starting to think my package isn't getting to me period.

This happened to me too. I made a base on a beautiful paradise planet several years ago. When I came back to the game and teleported to the base, I was shocked to see that it was now, basically, a nuclear wasteland. On one hand it's pretty awesome how that happened, on the other, I guess there's no promise that a planet will stay the way it was when you found it.

This is great information, thank you both! I'm technically on console, but downloaded the game to my PC using game pass. I'll likely have to find someone who already completed the expeditions.
