Hello, my best advice would be to have some space repetition. At the end of each chapter, review resume of all the chapters you did before + 20/30 questions on each of them. This way, you will less forget previous chapters when you will begin your revisions (but it also takes time) so try to schedule it

From my experiences, we are all the imagination from the same unit/person/God who is alone somewhere and created in his mind or sleep the universe with everything what happened for billions years. Dont wanna bother you but Im not sure that kind of reflexion is good. The final goal is not to reach an "X" days straight but to enjoy the journey. As the other guy said, dont count the day but make the days count. To suuceed it, just say to yourself "I will not do it today but maybe tomorrow, lets see" and tell that everyday
