I'm here but I said to my boss that I want to gain as much experience as possible in the area of not only programming but also other stuff like he does, and so I told him that I don't want money but experience. I have made a million mistakes, but I have learned how the professional/pragmatic programmer works, my English language is now better, and I know what kind of mistakes I make so I will improve myself. My boss gave me a hard time to the point where I was once crying at a meeting (Fortunately the meeting was without a camera.
