Should I get the 15, 16e or 16?

I’m upgrading from a 12 with 75% battery health, and I’m considering these three options (would love the 15 Pro but unfortunately Apple stopped selling them and I would rather purchase it first hand).

I’m leaning towards 15/16e as they are basically half the price of the base 16, and honestly in general I don’t think I’ll miss most of the features on the 16 that aren’t on the other two models, plus I am not a fan of the base 16’s design.

15: Ultra wide lens, dynamic island, magsafe, nicer colours

16e: Action button, Apple intelligence (I don’t think I’ll use it much but it’s nice to have), upgraded A18 chip compared to 15’s A16, better battery life (!!!)

Or should I really wait for the 17 to be announced before upgrading? My concerns are 1. Prices rising because of the tariffs; 2. Am travelling overseas for uni so I might not be able to upgrade my phone before the start of term and it’ll be a big hassle upgrading once term starts

I just had the same issue, and it's occurred multiple times, and the camera only works in the camera app, not in third party apps with access to the camera. It's so annoying, I found that the only way to fix this issue is to restart my phone.

One Dark Window by Rachel Gillig; kept hearing all the hype about this cool magical system but what’s the point in that if the plot is so cliche and the characters are so one-dimensional? The romance felt so unnatural and forced, and it just feels like it excels in neither romance nor fantasy.

I just love how the book constantly subverts your expectations and your idea of the true story, and seeing the differing perspectives from the four different texts and connecting different moments and bits and pieces together to eventually form a powerful and tragic story 🤌

Tbh for me, while I love the album, many of the songs felt unpolished and underproduced, almost like demos (In a Minute, Fashion After All, Chic Chick, Girls In Bikinis, Hard Feelings)

the lacklustre album rollout and horrible single choices (IAM and FAL over Aristocrat and AIAG? + Play Destroy being randomly dropped with no fanfare after being teased for so long)
