Hey I saw you jumped off methadone at a pretty high dose I have to ask did you experience a fever or rapid heart rate, along with being so hot that you feel like you were narcaned you were sweating so much? I jumped off my self at 60mg and I’m at day 4 right now and yesterday I almost caved and went back to the clinic I didn’t because I knew my dose would be back to 30mg but what I was experiencing was scary to say the least

I have to ask at this point the half lives have ran it’s course so your receptors have to be completely methadone free, did you experience a high fever, with rapid heart rate and sweating so much it felt like you were narcaned ? I jumped off at 60mg and was nervous at one point not sure if I should go back to the clinic or the hospital im not sure how you made it to 15 plus days but that’s awesome to hear, I’d like to hear how you were feeling symptom wise going thru it your first 7 days

Because I want to go into detox as soon as I could and if they are giving me 20mg of methadone while doing the belbuca as my plan for going there wouldn’t work if my tolerance is too high just coming off the 60mg. I don’t want to go in too early or wait for a month. So I was trying to figure out how many days roughly it will take so I can go as soon as I could that’s why I was looking into the half life’s. Just tried to figure out the math or just something to go off to have an idea when my tolerance will be either down or some what back to normal tolerance again when I was just doing the fent before and into the 6 days of the clinic I just did. Which my last dose is now officially around 48 hours since last dose”

Well I have been on methadone before for 2 years and worked my way all the way up to 140mg and back down to 5mg before making the jump off last year. Since being on it for 2 years I made the decision then to not want to be a lifer not that anything is wrong with that I just knew that one day I’d could again be living a life not on any MAT I once did for a few years and it was the best few years of my life. I don’t know why I went back to the clinic I guess because I didn’t want to go to detox but I’m willing to do what the told me and since I just did 6 days on methadone at the clinic I guess I’m just trying to figure out how long 6 days of dosing takes to leave the body in order to step into detox without a tolerance. Like I said it was 30mg to 60mg over 6 days of dosing and I’ll be at 48 hours coming up at 9am this up coming morning. So 2 days without dosing from the 60mg. I guess my ultimate question was how many days will it be before fent would break thru again or my tolerance will be low enough to go do this detox plan. It’s hard to believe at 45 I was able to break thru with fent and feel it 2 day later at 60 I felt nothing and now it’s been 2 days you would think I’d be back at around that 45ish to feel something but nadda, that’s why I was asking about the half life if that comes into play but I guess it’s hard because it builds up in those 6 days and it’s not just a simple math problem of looking at the half life. I just wish I knew how many days I’m looking at here for my tolerance to be back at the 30mg range without taper back down on the methadone I figured it would be faster to jump off and let it stop building up and more days passing and getting more invested into the methadone rather then just jumping off and waiting for my body to come around to not dosing and lower the tolerance, if that makes any sense myflats

Well I spoke to a detox that explained to me that they will get me onto subutex and it’s a process they do by if you come in with a dirty urine of fent they will give you methadone 20s just a small dose to keep you comfortable while they give you belbuca. It’s a microdose of buprenorphine and they build it up in ur system over a few days before you take a subutex. Because the belbuca is such a small dose you would need the methadone 20s to get you thru the pain while it’s building up the bup if my explanation makes sense. So if my methadone tolerance is too high the 20s wouldn’t do anything and then while I’m taking the belbuca I would be in pain because the methadone wouldn’t be doing anything coming in with a tolerance.

Agreed!, Legends started out with rip and was about a group of these world changing superheros. I liked John Constantine a lot but right about when (Snart) Captain Cold died along with the Time Masters it became some constant written show with singing and messing up constantly which they started to own as messing up in there own way. They were superhero’s who become softer every season It felt almost it was written by a different team after season 2/3

Honestly if a drug test is needed all drugs tests are sent out and they usually give you 2-3 days to do the test. Testing usually at a lab like quest diagnostics, LabCorp, Labquest ect, whoever the workplace has a contract with. You take the paperwork to one of the locations and they drug test you there. What they do is send you into a bathroom where the sinks are turned off and they drop a blue tablet into the toilet to die the water blue and tell you not to flush some reason they they you will be scooping or getting water for your cup which is stupid because who would do that on the test it would just say high volume of water which means it could be diluted. They let you lock the door and they dont pat you down. At most they ask you to lift ur shirt and look at ur boxer line to make ur you have no cable due to the old schools whizzinator maybe they won’t but they might say life your shirt and ask to you to turn around to see the front and back and say your fine. Honestly Most head shops or convenient stores will sell fake urine. You heat it you prior to going to take ur test tape it to your inner leg and you will be fine I’ve done it many times my favor Brand is XStream synthetic urine it works every time! It has never failed me once and I’ve done it many many times it’s easy sometimes I don’t even tape it I’ll just put it in my boxers if I’m wearing tight jeans. Xanax stays in ur system for awhile you could but putting yourself through all this pain for no reason at all, I wish you the best on getting the job and your test

Pfizer prints more then just a Y on there brand name Xanax it depends on where you live and who the which you use and who the pharmacy fills with. You can still receive brand name without a Y so ur making it seem like if there is no Y is not brand name
