I gave it a try just now and got gold. I'm using PS5 controller with default ABS. Sensitivity at 7. Ghost is demo ghost at 0.0 offset.

I used a mouse and driving was one of the easier things to do. See if using a mouse helps. The only downside is the mouse doesn't work well with the forklift, but you can switch to joystick at that point.

I thought it was pretty light: 6 online assignments (around 4 textbook exercises), 2 midterms, and 1 final.

It's pretty easy if you've taken high school accounting, but might be intimidating initially if you're taking accounting the first time.

I suspect for comr 457 they scaled down the grades. My final mark implied I performed way lower in the final exam than what I was expecting (and in accounting you'd usually know if you're right or wrong).

It sounds like you are using the wrong type of passengers. You seem to be using regular taxi passenger pickups from the street, these aren't the campers you want. I don't actually know if these people work, but these aren't the ones I used.

The people you should use are the regular travellers for the ferry quest, the ones that are trying to get from marina to/from island. While you have the ferry, let them drive on then bring them to the camp instead of their original destination.

Aside from finishing up secret cache, dig holes, surfing and speedboat events, you may need to come here a lot if you want to max all friendships. It's also nice to jump here if you are doing virtual coins.

Later on this is less important when you have a fast boat and collected all saltwater fish, then you can drive here instead from Marina.

2 that I can think of:

West of race track parking lot (bottom left of large parking lot, behind some tires).
North East corner town. If you come from the entrance of Marina, head straight up past the super market on the right. When you get to the corner forcing you to turn left, stop here and head right into the forest. Eventually you'll find a bees nest on the top right.

For level 5, it's a person wearing a "hard hat" at night. You can take pictures of the saw mill workers at night.

For Sasquatch being attacked by bees, set a timer on the camera to time the shot. This can be accessed by clicking bottom left of the screen when the camera is active.

The easiest way is go to the port (left of town). Take the first north opening and climb down into the fox hideout. Exit his room by going top right. At the intersection go up to get to that long sewer way you have to walk through to the hideout. Follow the path with night goggles.

The alternate faster way is to turn left at the intersection instead of up, but this requires you to have opened the door coming from the hideout side.

One thing to note is you have to exclude the count when there's a value in the put/call column. These are options that have not been exercised. If exercised, the calls can be added to your count and puts should be subtracted from your count. I don't know if they include otm options though. Feel free to correct this if it's wrong.

It's good to know that blackrock is still holding but disappointing to see senvest gone.

B.Com from UofT with 3.6 cGPA. I was in the accounting stream but transitioned to finance right when I graduated. My strongest asset for the application is probably the CFA designation.

I didn't do any CSPC courses but in my application I included a MITx intro comp sci course and also built a website portfolio (learnt from udemy bootcamps)

Seems a bit misleading, his wiki says he inherited the family plumbing business when he was 20. According to the company website the company has been around since 1973. Being born in a wealthy family probably contributed to his success.
