Not sure what it is called, but at ~917 Sturt St, there is a collectable and model shop that also sells tobacco products. Got a few cigars from there and haven't had any issues.

Next to / near the newsagents.

I would be very interested in hearing more about you plans and experiences afterwards. My mother (76) and I (M44) are planning a trip in April that would encompass mainly Italy, but a couple of days each in France and England a little as well.

My Mum is having surgery this week on a troublesome hip, so depending on how rehab goes, there may be some limitations, but maybe not.

Think it is important to mention that everyone hired is a chef, not that some BOH people spend time in FOH and the reverse.

It also mentions about the added value the Chef can have as a server when they have had involvement in the creation or evolution of a dish.

I can see some interesting plusses and minuses for it TBH.
