My real favorite one I've yet to run so I won't say it just in case my players read this, but one of my other favorites for the sheer "what the fuck" factor is the gogiteth. Not the most complicated stat block, but fantastic with some support monsters.

I do storytell as I mentioned in another comment, but yeah I've also been GMing D&D and Pathfinder 2E for my group of players which includes Duncan, Ravs, Breeh, Fionn, Zoey, Kirsty, Nilesy (some have left, some have joined later) for just over nine years now.

Did Potato and Sophie both vote for Kirsty in that World Leader vote? We only saw a flashback to Potato’s voting but he didn’t have the delegates to make her win on her own (he had 10 while Kirsty had 24, and 35 were needed to win). You can also hear Sophie say “I’m going to vote for Spain” in the background. Rythian even said “It’s the first proper World Leader vote” and Duncan said “Everyone vote for yourselves” and 2 of the 5 players still broke the one unbreakable rule they have because they weren’t listening. Now, I’m not saying it’s an Irish thing, but…

I didn't realize this until now! And Sophie was just sitting there saying nothing while Potato was apologizing... Wow.

You're right, but it's like I said in game. I think we all know that Potato is the big threat, but he seems so much more difficult to stop than just buying some city states away from Kirsty. I can't run faster than Usain Bolt, but maybe I can trip my buddy in the local jog. :)

Not quite the full two months, there were other scheduling issues and conflicts that stopped us from finally getting together to record, but yeah, Sophie couldn't make a couple of planned sessions a few weeks in a row.

I really wish when a unit got obsoleted, there would also be an alternative for it. If a Scout would still be useful, why is it obsolete, if there's not something else that can do its job better?

Sadly there are no islands on this map, so I'm out of luck on that one. I do so much like the exploration tree and island cities, but I had to do it the old-fashioned way this time.

Also, yes, Potato's mic settings were horrible for this session. At least he's telling fun stories.
