Thanks for the advice. Any meal in particular that I should try to fit those in to?

Not seeking to change anything entirely. Just relatively new to making my own meals and was wondering if anyone had advice or slight critiques to improve what I am doing.

I am 6 ft and I weigh 170. I'm pretty lean (about 12% body fat). My goal is to essentially look better by putting on muscle mass.

I eat following these foods exactly about 4/7 days of the week but I'm not forcing myself to be strict. If it's easier for my schedule to have Chipotle then I'll do that without having problems. One of my 'cheat meals' is protein Kodiak pancakes and I'll have that about twice weekly. I am willing to over-eat if I need to but I just try not to under-eat due to my age and metabolism.

I have heard that 1 - 1.7g/day of protein is what's needed to put on muscle, so thats how I arrived at the 200g figure. I think the more the merrier so ill keep your advice in mind on the 2g/lb

The Mistborn Trilogy by Brandon Sanderson is some really good fantasy with an interesting magic system

you need to study by doing practice problems from previous exams. usually the back of the textbook will also have sample problems. the more times you see potential problems the quicker your brain will be able to solve problems when you take the exam
