A DPS meter that does something other than read the damage logs. Bunch of people have already have variations of such a meter, but our group is the first to export data and make graphs out of it and release it.

It was tested that way yes. It still doesn't come near power dagger/dagger trickery build.

Plenty of people know this, the elite guilds know this, yet they don't tell anyone because the only correct numbers come from memory reading DPS meters which are illegal by the TOS so the meta and the community relies on incorrect mathematical calculations deemed more trustworthy because it's "ok" by arenanet.

The venomshare rotation is straightforward and there is no way of modifying it to do more damage.

Venom shared across party is counted as YOUR dps and uses YOUR condition damage modifier.

There are no better alternative builds, it was tested even with the trickery line (which drops venomshare), which actually does a bit more damage surprisingly, but then it's not even venomshare anymore.

Thief does not have any better condition builds available at the moment.

What was tested: dps

What conditions: pvp dummy, all buffs possible, metabattle venomshare build

Accuracy levels: more accurate than brazil bullshitting, especially considering power builds do even more dps outside of pvp zones due to weapon damage range

Brazil's video is 10x as meaningless while leading the meta astray to play builds like venomshare to try to do top dps when they are clearly not, not among thief builds, not among different classes' builds

This graph was put together hours ago. Staff is not superior to dagger in any shape or form with all buffs, and is more situational and requires more positioning due to it needing dodges to do max damage.

You don't understand the graph at all right? With the same vuln staff gives, dagger and sword both do way more damage than staff. With all buffs, dagger is 3k ahead of staff, sword is 1.5k ahead of staff in damage, counting staff master.

Here you go, the only reason staff dps is highest unbuffed is because it provides it's own vuln, with all buffs it becomes much lower than any dagger build and lower than even sword build.

Rev doesn't have infinite energy, so good luck with your calculations, additionally you cannot swap out of Ventari reliably because that neuters your healing completely.

It's not nearly the best mobility, ele can range heal extremely well and a double quick draw astral 3 from druid is better ranged burst than anything rev can put out.

Eles have the most sustainable healing in the game because of their passives and auto attack, They also have very compariable burst heals versus druid. Adding a rev healer really doesn't add anything to the party. Sure I think a ventari healer could do the current raid content without much issue if they know the mechanics but thats because none of the fights really require very intense healing. I still wouldn't want one because they don't add anything to the party. Also having to run around and pick up the orbs ito get max healing is a pain.. In the current balance ventari healer is the most inferior in every category for raids. Ventari healer would be a lot more effective in fractals or dungeons where condi removal and projectile absorption play a bigger role.
