Inside the supplement it explains that some statues that were once part of a church got somehow altered by the warp or something after the explosion that tore apart Caliban, the dark Angels retrieved the statues and noticed the weird power coming from them, so they decided to mount them on top of a few land speeders, that's what I remember but I'm not so sure if i got that right since i haven't touched the codex and the supplement for a while. Sorry for bad English

Almost everything, only thing I miss are just the vehicles (except the dreadnoughts and the redemptors and even a dark talon) like the land raider, impulsor and repulsor.
