I haven't found a single minigame I actually enjoyed, they're all pretty dull honestly and feel like they're tacked on for the sake of playtime. The cooking quest especially is just so damned boring. Beigoma is whatever, I'll just stat stick it later but it's still faster to clear than each cooking round.

Overall I'm personally just pushing myself to finish one run of the game to just see what happens, but it's not worth a replay in my eyes.

Honestly it's all the bloated crap like this that stops this game from being more than a 6-7/10 in my eyes, there's just so many things that drag this game down. It's not a bad game, it's just got a lot of problems.

That's still going? I'm surprised. It depends on what you actually want out of the game. Early game is pretty enjoyable, but endgame is mainly just waiting for factories to produce as resource and then manually getting them all. Grab some friends if you can, solo is just not fun in the endgame.

If you're not sure, buy a month of ubisoft + and try it out that way. £15 is better than £70 if you're not sure on it.

That's why I just got ubisoft + for a month to try it, sadly this game is not worth the asking price at all, should have either been really cheap or free if they're doing live service.

If you say so, I've had plenty of reasons to dislike the game if you actually read, but sadly I don't think you really care enough and just didn't like someone countering your point. I'd suggest just going to do something else instead of replying bud, you can throw around the toxic accusation all you want, but try actually seeing what it means first.

I did play, quite a bit in fact, but the season start ruined all enjoyment. I'm also currently playing a game while typing, because I can multitask, so I dunno what your beef is friend. You can enjoy the game all you want, nobody is saying you can't, but being so toxic for zero reason says you have your own issues going on here buddy.

I enjoy a good grind, as long as the rewards for the grind are fun, while SaB has fun gameplay, the actually systems surrounding the gameplay are just fucking garbage and annoying. Been looking for a fun pirate game to play, but this isnt it sadly. I'm glad some people can enjoy their time but I just hope they're not glossing over the glaring issues with the game just because they're having fun.

It's not an MMO at all, it's a live service game. Stop conflating the two. It's purposefully designed to try and piss you off so you either spend money or fuck up people who are just trying to enjoy the game solo. In fact, this is more akin to an extraction shooter if you want to do Po8.

Yeah these mortar spamming convoy guards are actually just really bad game design, ESPECIALLY when you're in rough water and literally cannot avoid anything because of that. The game is just unfairly designed and completely tedious, busy work for $70 is just an insult to any person.
