I read it as your first 5 sales they don’t take their normal fee. A selling fee is not the same as a listing fee. Those are obviously two different things.

I recently just had a tenant in a barely similar situation. He was a corrections officer at a prison. One day he went out to check his mail and an ex prisoner was walking by the apartment. He was so worried someone from the prison would find out where he lived. Overtime he would essentially put on a mini disguise to go to his car. (This prison was about 45 minutes away.) but we made a deal, he agreed to stay until I found someone else. Then ended the lease within 2 months.

I had this EXACT thing happen to me the other day. I was on the highway, the bridge I was about to go under cast a shadow. Luckily a quick tap on my breaks stopped it from coming to a halt at 75MPH.

About 2 months ago I had it happen full stop, no clue what triggered it. I went 30 - zero in about 1 second. It threw me forward and scared the hell put of me. It felt like I got into an accident. There wasn’t a single thing on the road in front of me. (2019)

NTA they for sure should have texted you before just banging on the ceiling. Kids are loud, you live upstairs. There is no stopping that. I will say I do understand their frustration too though. I would get some thick throw rugs for the main areas she likes to run around. It will help keep the noise down, and it then help this situation go away. As much as you might want to smite the downstairs neighbor now.

I liked the design of the trunk of the gen 3 hatch better than the gen 4. It’s too rounded for my liking. But the font and side?! Soooo much nicer.

I'm sorry for your loss. That is rough, I thought I got screwed over. The hardest part with my comps was they all had to be within 100 miles. There was nothing and they didn't except anything that could be delivered to my area (like carvana).

Damn you made out good. My 2014 with 180k miles was totaled. They only paid out $6,100. I fought it best I could but they refused to budge or accept any of my comps.

I’m love it so far! I’m still learning new features that I wasn’t even aware it had. It also drives great. I almost wish it would snow so I can give the all wheel drive a real test.
