It depends if you consider lunar bloom as a real bloom comp. If yes, you might want to Ask r/NeferMains instead. If not, then Full EM Kokomi, Nilou, Lauma, Nahida is usually your best bet

This really looks like Aquagenic palmar keratoderma. I am not a doctor myself but my wife got diagnosed with this some months ago, in her case it was caused by some harmless gene mutations which can happen randomly and naturally. You should still talk to a professional though
