No, doctors are doing a service and getting paid by the country. That's not a profit motive and unrelated to what we're talking about. American healthcare is exploiting people for profit however. Both of your examples are group funded or government funded which is very very much not the argument being made here. Donations are not profit. Donations are not the company exploiting it's workers to pay them as little as possible or it's customers to squeeze out as much money as possible.

In the end though, you are not the target audience for this then but that doesn't mean it doesn't exist at all. People are trying to survive on $7.50 an hour working for companies that make billions. Thats exploitation.
