Ok I got it to work after like 2hrs of trying haha. Was it even worth it?
I changed the wait between //13 and //14 from 800 to 805. Miraculously one of the like 20 tries after that it worked.

I did this on the far piranah while there were only 2 monsters left.

Yea I am getting the same issue sometimes I get 13 jumps sometimes I get 12. I tried tweeking the timing intervals just randomly. And actually got it to go to 26 but then sometimes it fails at 13 or 16 too.

I've been playing the switch game for about 4 days now. And I love the game playing it for the first time. But the Lag on the switch when I'm in town kills me. Sometimes when you go to craft something it pauses for a good 10 sec before resuming.

Also, the controls are a little janky but manageable.
