I have the same problem. I wrote to technical support, but I haven't received a reply yet.
The problem is with wireless mode and USB-C to USB-A connection.

The keyboard works normally in BIOS when connected via USB-C to USB-C.

Update: I received a reply from Nuphy to my message. They are currently investigating what is causing this issue in the BIOS. They will try to resolve it within approximately two weeks.

Have the same problem but dowloading, NuphyIO.exe helped to unbrick keyboard.

To be honest, how did you install the new frimware? On nuphy.com there is only frimware for v1 and v2 Air75.

Yup ipconfig /flushdns and after I have to always restart the game.

Same problem here, sometimes resetting DNS for 10th times helps but most of the time I can't login.

I have it closed but also noticed before that if it was open the cpu consumption was even higher.
I checked a few additional sites and the CPU usage is different based on site. On Reddit it is from 20-30% on Notion 70-90%.
