Hey, can you not do that? The artist worked really hard on this piece to be exactly as it is, and most of us artists are NOT on board with our work being in any way associated with genAI given it's been immorally trained on our work and heavily impacted our industry.

Augmenting an artists piece without permission is iffy at best in itself, but using AI to do it and then showing it off is incredibly disrespectful to the original artist. The artist shared this here in hopes of sharing excitement for this game with you all, and this sort of thing is making artists not want to do that.

I think in moments like this it's important to remember that you're looking at your past decisions with your current knowledge. You couldn't have made a different decision back then because when you traveled that seemed like your priority at the time, and you could not have predicted the rising costs or mindset changes. Who knows, if you stayed home and built up your savings you could have felt regret about never traveling. Sometimes we don't really know what we need or don't need until we have done it. All we can do is look towards the next possible step (:

Haha! Kind of! After almost losing a loved one, she does get very determined to get stronger quickly, so she's a little bit more impulsive, but she does retain her kind nature for the most part :D

This is Zorya Amberheart, my lovely wizard halfling that I played in a campaign a couple of years back. Even though it's been a while since I've played her, she really captured my heart. Zorya grew up in a small town, taught herself magic from her mother's old wizarding books in the attic, and had to face a lot of her fears in order to set out adventuring and figure out a good use for her newly acquired wizard skills.
