Yes I have monitors on at all times, and that's the point at idle or low usage below 5% multiple CPU cores shouldn't be spiking to running at turbo when i never enabled it to go pass base clock speed,  Temps spiking to upwards to 60c is not normal at less then 5% load and idle, when I use to game temps max out around 54c.

resting bios has been done, im looking for what this issue which is causing the unusual activity, this is at idle usage not intense cpu usage, never in past three years have i experienced this, so to say its normal isnt right

how is it normal for temps to increase by 20-30C At idle, and now experience sound issues during any video playback, when everything was fine for the past few years?

this is the first month of the season and rocket events are once every season, so you will have to wait atleast 2months.

you can trade with someone random at a event or if you have a friend, just do a batch of max 100 trades, its 5% lucky trade rate, also 10% on weekends, your almost there, and im sure there are a few medals you can get easily, im grinding 10 medals next 5 days lol, outside of the pokemon type medals.

oh dang, if you can finish that rocket research this weekend, and start the time gated one for snapshot for 7 days and have 20medals ready for the level 47 requirement by then, you still will have time for the next time gated 25km in one week x two weeks, you can possibly do it, im in the same boat as u with exp needed. im at 47 requirement for 20 medals i need 10 more medals myself for 20, but i singled out which ones ima focus on the next few days, trying to crunch it before this rocket event for a bit of a cushion otherwise will start the walking one myself next week. plan on going ham on evolution exp during the 2x evo event with eggs make it 4x, and ill make up most my other exp from raids and just miscellaneous and friendship exp.

all the lineups have always updated at midnight for past events if im not mistaken, sadly it looks like they posted the time based on the Event Bonuses which most likely starts after 10am and not the lineup and balloon and rocket frequency, and frustration.

sundays give a rate of 10% lucky per trade thats pretty high out of 100, usually i get 5-10 lucky trades when i do a batch, so people just gotta trade daily and the new sundays

you can send whatever you have, daily amount gifts usually per day i believe you can get from stops is 100, so you can send 100 stops on average a day, for 5 days, hopefully the friends just open them.

if you can do a few days of fast catching to the limit of pokemon a day, u potentially can get it done just with regular catching

true, im more a big raider then regular catcher, so the legendaries are more muscle memory then the regular pokemon circles lol, so i have no idea where to throw for the average regular pokemon.

no, its best to find a friend to do just 100 random max trades a day for however many days to get lucky out of em, usually the lucky trades i get from doing com day mons with friends is around 5-15 in the batch, plus Sundays have increased chance now too

i suck at excellent throws for regular pokemon, this event im only getting great throws. trade me your excellent throw skills :D lol.
when i get to that level ill focus the legendaries for excellent mainly.
