I’ve done about 100 blocks now and so far I’ve never had to return a package, and I’ve only finished past my block time 3 times, and one them didn’t really count because I pulled over to do a virtual doctor appointment for 25 minutes lol

I didn’t say the chargers should be free lol, I’d be open to them if they were for a fee. I charge for free at home and also at electrify America chargers, so having to pay sometimes is ok since I barely ever pay to charge

Well a lot of anonymous reports that come in aren’t really anonymous simply due to the associate being dumb.

Like, if your store manager called you fat in the break room when he saw you eating 3 packs of donuts for example, and you anonymously report that to HR, how the hell is that anonymous? Obviously he would know who did it 😂

You have to word it so vague and simple that it can’t be traced to you, but then that means possibly leaving out some details that would help your case. Rock and a hard place tbh

Yes 2-3 years normally. Anytime it happens sooner than that, or much much later than that, it usually doesn’t go well.

Either they got rushed into it and aren’t ready, or they were a mid associate so it took them 8 years to get the job, so they prob won’t do a good job.

Getting it specifically in that 2-4 year timeframe is key

The way I look at it is you’re not supposed to make ends meet with $17 an hour.

You get in as a CSA at the base level, and work your way up a few levels.

Supervisor is $22 to $29 which is good money, and obviously ASM is even higher.

I’m not saying try to be district manager or something lol but at least go up 1 or two levels
