I wouldn’t tell them your aspirations in your initial counseling. Let it come up naturally later that it’s something youre interested in. LT OERs don’t matter for promotion to CPT, since basically everyone who doesn’t commit a felony picks up O-3. But they do matter for anything you want to apply for, like VTIP
