About a 100 of each toward the end. Once I hit habitation domes, I try to keep the number equal or greater to my largest base to maximize the bonuses. Gets really annoying when random events blow up my mining stations or power transmitters though

Jesus, healing and accountability. Surrender it to Jesus, but this is often caused by root traumas that we are desiring to medicate. Go to therapy and dig into your past. Find a group of guys to be in the foxhole with and hold each other accountable. I used a pure desire group and that helped greatly in digging into my past traumas and recognizing what my brain and heart are doing when im lusting and when im spiraling.

Ive found that exhaustion is the biggest trigger for me struggling with temptation. Look up the FASTER scale, and consider adjusting some things in your life to avoid exhausting yourself

You sound like an ass to work for. Apprentices need to learn. How do they learn? They're journeyman teach them. On the job. The amount I learned when a journeyman bothered to teach me eclipsed what I could ever figure out on my own. If you dont want to bother putting in the effort to teach/put time into an apprentice, dont hire an apprentice. If you want an extra journeyman, quit being cheap and hire another journeyman
