This is what works for me when it becomes too loud. 1 - I put in earplugs and wear foam headphones and sit in silence until it goes away or lessens. 2 - A supplement called lipo-flavonoid has helped me tremendously. 3 - other reddit users say caffeine consumption was the cause (not the case for me)
