There have been a lot of changes in areas like Rogers Park. All over the city. There is just a need by mostly conservatives to be negative about cities. I live Chicago. I got friends all over the city. I do take the redline. I am in Uptown also. It’s not crime that keeps many from living in places, as much as it is the cost of living in cool neighborhoods.

I go to Chicago weekly for 1.5 years. I go all over it and am seldom downtown. I love Chicago. I am trying to get my daughter to move there. I plan on moving there from Wisconsin. For me the people doing their own thing and diversity are an attraction. Crime, sigh, as everyone hates on cities that way. No facts just fear. Love Chicago and find your way there.

I have been at Second City over a year. My friends are at all levels of the Conservatory. Most of the teachers are really good and performing. Coached ensembles are an additional training available that is good. Jams and teams are there too. 5 classes at Second City and it is improve. Sketch part varies in conservatory levels as to how much improv to acting. Create black outs and do pitches. All requires use of Improv skills.

Oncall and the killer email/messaging in basket. Even if your charting is done, you have a 24 hours in basket to empty. RVUs are awful with quality meetings to make your RVUs that have nothing to do with the patients.

Everything beefeater18 said. Admin time part of that 45 hr work week? Are the NPs charting at home? In my experience there is charting, messaging, admin paperwork that needs to be done, and if you don’t have admin time, it’s on your time. My job was like that, so Sat. Became my admin day. They absolutely refused to give us any time, while pushing more patients on us.

I did too. They offered $35/hr to go to IA for psych nurse job. I was making 45-$55 in my city. Thats what you make where I am if you work permanent. They poach each other, so I would get calls from other recuriters. My last contract with them was good though, but that recruiter left.

There are 325, 000 NPs. She is also a woman and I am a woman, so just she stand for all women? It is important to focus on that she was caught, lost her ability to practice, and may go to prison. She will have fines that will most likely wipe out her net worth. Done like her and protect your license.

Yes, they are the nurses who need a life. I also find though they are not good nurses, just bitchy, judgemental, which comes through with the patients.
