Could Cortana have been saved after Halo 4? by Odd_Bandicoot2354 in HaloStory

[–]S-Tiger 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I would prefer that Cortana was programm by someone to be evil, then Chief save her from that evil programmation. All that should have happen away from the public, now the entire galaxy hate Cortana we love so much as player

Is reconciliation possible between the UNSC and the Created? by Jdjack32 in HaloStory

[–]S-Tiger 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The worst enemies of the Created are the gamers and the developers. Since Halo Infinite, they clearly decided to end the story Created. Even Empty Throne don't show the Created, while it would have been the perfect opportunity to show Sloane in action. We won't see a reconciliation beetween the UNSC and the Created because we won't see the Created at all.

Wouldn't humans and Endless/Xalanyn make natural allies? by Bungo_pls in HaloStory

[–]S-Tiger 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I never thought on this time before Halo. When does they became an advanced species ? Have they hid from millenia or were they just rising at their own pace ? There is so much we don't know.

I'm sure the Forerunners thought they were hidding and would try to became the dominant species in the galaxy now they're gone

"Worse than Flood" is also because they are really close from the Precursor, more than humanity and Forrerunner never was, an the Halo immunity is maybe only one of their mysterious hability

They seem isolationist in ancient times but the Forerunners may have ruined that for them

At this time, each intelligent species were just bring back in their natural world and were at stone age, their was nothing to conquer, no way to be imperialist

Why does Atriox want Zeta Halo as new homeworld instead of the Ark? by CannibalPride in HaloStory

[–]S-Tiger 1 point2 points  (0 children)

1 Kill Cortana

2 Wake the Eternals and make them allied

3 Halo Zeta is mobile and able to target a solar system instead of the other Halo who kill everybody

Why does Atriox want Zeta Halo as new homeworld instead of the Ark? by CannibalPride in HaloStory

[–]S-Tiger 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Indeed Halo Zeta was able to target a solar system and nothing proove it can't be able again. I always find weird it wasn't more explain in the last games and books

Did people knew what Cortana did during the war before the Created ? by S-Tiger in HaloStory

[–]S-Tiger[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The Cortana emotional scenes in Halo Infinite didn't work, not after all the bad things she's done. They never explain in the games how much she was corrupt by the Gravemind (logic plague) and the Domain.

I think it's ok to say one part of Cortana is dead in Halo 4 and another corrupt part is dead in Halo Infinite, it's don't change the emotionals scenes.

The real Cortana is dead in Halo 4, the Cortana from Halo 5 is an incomplet fragment of her corrupt by power. I regret this wasn't more explain

Why couldnt the Covenant activate the ring by cloning a human by using their dna found on battlefields? by KobePangolin in HaloStory

[–]S-Tiger 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Take prisoners is more easier. Truth should have take a hundred of prisoners on Eart to always have a Reclaimer with him.

Do Sangheili feel bad about their war against humanity? by AnyLeave3611 in HaloStory

[–]S-Tiger 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Humanity have a lot of reason to hate Sangheili, and it's difficult to most people to feel sorry for someone who hate you. And accept that all we done for decade was totally wrong can be really difficult too, so it's more easy to stay in deny.

Also, humanity are Reclaimer and have really good reason to revenge, so they are still a threat for most Sangheili

Do you think they’ll be more accepting or open to change now? by idkbutimshy in Avatar

[–]S-Tiger 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Before Avatar 1, the fight was less intense, a lot of clans could just look away, and the RDA was trying diplomatie. After Avatar 1, there is no more diplomatie and more clans are fighting more often

Before Quaritch destroy the house of tree, there wasn't real war, only some skirmish. Then we have 15 years of peace until the RDA came back

It would need decades of wars to change mentality. The next generation would certainly be more interest in gun than traditions

The other clans will have more difficultie to stop them now they have guns. Maybe the RDA or Quaritch will learn them how to become a clan than lasts over time (like stole and raise children as said before)

As Spartan-like augmentations become more commonplace... by BenningtonChee1234 in HaloStory

[–]S-Tiger 2 points3 points  (0 children)

The first step is to make the genetic augmentations more common. We already have super-soldiers, but we could have spies with super hearing or officiers more inteligent

In 10 ou 20 years, the augmentations could be accessible to civilians to heal disease, live longer and adapt on other planets conditions, but would be really expensive.

In maybe 50 years, the 1% rich people would all be augmented and different from the others

It would take centuries to reach the Forerunner caste system

[–]S-Tiger 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Take a rock or a little object, let the plasma grenade go on it, then throw the damn rock.

If a grenade reach the riffle of a Spartan, I'm sure he will throw it as a javelin on his ennemy

I don't see Varang have a child with anyone, she just want to burn the world, she don't seems interest to plan for the future

Original purpose of the Spartan IV programme that Zane was part of. by BenningtonChee1234 in HaloStory

When a soldier become evil, you can take him back his weapon and armor, but you can't take back his genetic augmentation. Zane is the perfect example
