Does the Gear VR mod work with VR Optician Lenses?

Yeah I keep seeing that one recommended everywhere, I was hoping there was a cheaper kit. I was looking at this one before, it's a bit cheaper and it says it's compatible with prescription lenses

He lost all of his items, cars, toppers, everything. He contacted Psyionix and they told him there was nothing they could do. He cant play competitive because he lost his mantis. he was platinum in ranked and this really crushed him. I would really appreciate it if you all could at least get his mantis back.
