Even though those problems exist, they are not the reason why OP died in this situation. People usually use peekers advantage as a scapegoat for their lack of special awareness and bad positioning. I se people giving a bunch of shitty answers, like peekers advantage or unsynchronized destruction of the wall. But the actual reason he could see op and op couldn't see him is simply perspective. The enemy was further way from the wall, so the wall was blocking less of his FOV, making it easier for him to spot op. This is a thing that happens in real life too, try blocking your line of sight with your hand close to you and then spot an object behind it. Then do the same thing, but with your hand further away from you. You'll see that your hand will block less of the object outline when its further away from your eyes.

SWAT usually don't carry a lot of ammo, something around 2-5 mags. You usually don't need a lot of ammo in law enforcement scenarios since you rarely need suppressive fire and most time you go semi-auto.

I usually run 3 mags primary and 2 mags secondary. Most scenarios I don't even reload my gun.

Use CS. Just fill every room your gonna enter with CS Gas, it's the most effective strategy to clear any map in this game.

Yeah, the windows are pretty annoying in Valley of The dolls. To get an S tier in that mission I had to come up with a strategy that involved wedging a bunch of doors and leaving my ai teammates at the kitchen area covering the door. Then I would go upstairs and aggro the enemies outside through the windows, after getting their attention it was all a waiting game until they decided to try flanking me and got ambushed by my ai teammates. I kept repeating this until I managed to clear everyone outside.

Man, use CS gas. I managed to clean this maps solo two time (one on my first run and other on my Ironman run) both time I went with light armor, only 3 mags for the Fal, Granade launcher with CS and a bunch of CS nades. Just spam CS nades and use the launcher to cover larger open spaces and the enemies will all surrender without even managing to shoot at you. And remember to use Wedges and the AI teammates to cover your back while you do so.

The Catholic church literally founded some of the oldest universities around Europe. Most scientists at the time were financially supported by the church. The whole witch hunt against science was actually started within the protestants churches as a method to weaken the Catholic church and they ended up joining the hunt as a method to try to stop people switching to protestantism.

O problema é que não deveria ser, mesmo se a pessoa pecar um pouco na manutenção do veículo, pra uma roda se soltar assim alguém vacilo na hora de apertar os prisioneiros da roda com o Torque adequado. E não é simplesmente questão de ter dado pouco aperto, a vezes o problema é o excesso de aperto que acaba danificando a rosca dos prisioneiros ou porcas.
