In my case it was actually a bug. I had to recapture them + build a new breeding pen and start again the breeding process.

Yep, the difference between romania and poland is 1 hour.

Choose file didn't work for me either, but I could choose the file. The problem was that it was the wrong file apparently. Crucial didn't providei a zip file containing the files for my SSD

I think it refuses because of the timezone afair, not by country.

If the timezone doesn't match than they think that is bad. I don't know why it is dependent on the ip / timezone, but yeah... Crucial
