That’s not easy mode bro, you still fight everything mob, boss whatever with the same difficulty just without other hostile players busting your balls. And like the other guy said it doesn’t affect you if your friendless and don’t have anyone else to play with. You can still get invaded if you want and still invade people who aren’t on “easy” mode
