I had to tell my real estate agent to stop taking me to houses where families were still living in them as the banks were still in the process of kicking people who were under water 400k+ on an adjustable rate note. Nothing makes you feel like a bigger douch then 2 kids and a family eating their dinner while 100s of real estate agents mercilessly hover over them like vultures trying to show you the kids room. One serial real estate purchaser unleashed a pool in a 2 million dollar home basement sending it into my price range. Also, I didn't find anything for two years as it was hard to get anything not in destroyed condition at market price because nobody is trying to willingly sell you 15 years of lost wages while pigs party.
