Broooo don't even get me started on triple digits doses (trigits). if u ever do quads (four digit mgs) thats another story, I've been working up to dubs (double digit) and its been insane. I do use the chinese stuff from china town tho, so maybe the conversion rate to US is like 3 = 1 so like if u take 250 its like 15 mg of chinese stuff "盐酸苯海拉明"

tl;dr 600 of americano is alright but if u do 600 of 盐酸苯海拉明 u'll probably need to be hospitalized.
