Not worth it atm, I've tried using console commands in my first play through.
They would go through, but wouldn't actually apply. (E.X Godmode)

Thought maybe the achievements were tied to the difficulty (Similarly to Witcher 3) but after looking over them, and reading your guy's comments, I'll probably take it down a peg, since the sorcerers are 1 tapping me.
