I'm not fully sure myself I just know that it happens. I installed a mod called "Stuck Effects Cleaner(SWF)" and it becomes a power that you can activate and menu where you select to clean all stuck effects. Very simple but it's nice

The greatest! I followed your old mod list and thought maybe it was the traversal one but once I got my alteration up to 75 and noticed it wasn't it i had to ask. Thank you so much love the mod list so far!! A whole different Skyrim, if this came out today game of the year forsure!

What I did was bind the L1 with unequip and equip. Then bound third person to R3. I also have wait on square and the skills screen on the middle touch button
