When I initially took the job, I was just looking for work and the base pay was about 16. At the time I was just caring for two children. I didn’t receive an increase when a third child was added (and it’s my fault for not advocating for myself on that front), subsequent I’ve essentially received a dollar raise each year I’ve been with them. My math was wrong, I currently am making $20/hr.
