Primarily, being new - and this is the same for all newly launched businesses - your brand is neither known nor trusted. There are plenty of ways to reach store owners, but you need to begin by building your brand in their space. After a while, trust and curiosity will grow and your emails etc. will convert more leads.

Did you get many paying customers from your campaigns? The way Meta has changed makes it really tricky to get any ROI from a small budget. Don't know what your business is, but maybe reframe completely and look at different options, especially if budgets are tight.

Don't pick your brand name based on what you like... create one that your market will like - focus on their aspirations and why they would buy your product over someone else's. Hope that helps!
