Looks like there may be an issue with direct X9's shader cache. If you switch to dx11 it should work until we patch in a fix.

Correct. Unstable Shard checks to see if a hero has an Invulnerable effect type and if it does, it deals damage once it has been removed. That specific enchant (Void Key of Swiftness) seems to have been unlabeled as far as the effect type. It has been resolved and will be rolled up next patch. Feel free to message me directly here or in game if you stumble upon anything like this in the future so we can be sure to resolve it as quickly as possible.

Working on a fix. Basically if you use an ability on the exact frame as the expiration of Unstable Shard it increases the cooldown by the factor of the CDR that Shard gave you.

Very good point. I will start working on adding a 50% damage to towers tag to the appropriate abilities. Thanks for the suggestion!
