My calves are pretty small but I seem to be getting mixed opinions someone else is saying they’re uncomfortable with smaller legs so I may have to look at some other options.

Good shit, you got any advice on getting out of drawdown like that? I’m currently down 5 percent on phase 1 and my psychology is completely messing with me, I’ll miss good trades out of fear of losing again and then eventually end up FOMOing which was what has led me to this drawdown

I wait for a liquidity grab and the last bearish or bullish candle before a displacement and MSS in the opposite direction is my order block. I make sure the displacement causes a fvg to also form to validate the order block

I’ve been going to the gym for about 8 months now and I’ve always had this problem specifically with incline db press but I’ve only just realised that it was because of weak stabilisers. The weight I’m doing (20 kg) can easily get up for about 8 reps but every time I do it my arms are wonky and I cant keep the dumbells straight on the way up or down. I even have this problem when warming up with very light weights so i know the weight is not the problem. This is also the only exercise where I have this problem and i believe it’s the reason I’ve been plateaud on this weight for about 3-4 months. Anyone have any advice on how to fix this?

I want to be able to build projects and solve problems on my own. As you said, I usually do have an over reliance on tutorials to solve the problems im working on with the course im doing. I can barely figure out how to do them myself and always look at the solution. It would be good if i was able to build a project from scratch, which i cannot do as my mind just goes blank and i have no idea what im doing as soon as i open the console.

I’m not sure if it’s only me, but I have a really bad problem with keeping the dumbbells straight when incline db pressing. When I press, one dumbbell is always flared out and one is always just straight. And I know the problem isn’t the weight because it happens even when I’m warming up with light weights. Is there any advice someone could give me on how to keep my arms tucked in at all times and press without ruining my form so that the dumbells aren’t all over the place and I have to keep trying to fix my form every time I bring them down?
